This week we are preparing for our St. George’s Day celebration assembly on Thursday 23rd. This will be led by the whole school, family and friends are welcome.

We have been making flags using a range of different  media, we used paint, crayons, collage, pencil, felt tip pens, Lego and even playdough!

In our dressing up area, we have been role playing the story of St. George, we have princesses and knights and our favourite, the dragon costume!

We took the costumes outside in the sunshine to play. The princess decided to be brave and show the dragon she wasn’t going to be scared of him anymore. She chased after him with her knight in shining armour and the dragon, whose wings were very tired, cleverly thought to hop on a bike to get away from them quicker!
